▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for improving biocompatibility of artificial ligament, involves allowing growth of single layer graphene on the copper foil in chemical vapor deposition (CVD) reaction furnace, and transferring grown material to polyester fiber present around the artificial ligament. USE - The method is useful for improving biocompatibility of artificial ligament (claimed) which is useful for promoting proliferation of cell, preferably bone mesenchymal stem cell (BMSC) into osteoblast, and as implant for healing bone injury. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to perform, has good repeatability, and improves biocompatibility and adhesiveness of artificial ligament having excellent strength.
