▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The material has compound precursor formed by performing rheological process on multilayer graphene, trivalent iron salt, phosphorus source compound, lithium source compound and organic micro-molecule carbon source. The precursor is sintered, such that mass ratio of iron salt and phosphorus source compound is set as 1 to 1. The mass ratio of carbon source, lithium source compound and phosphorus source compound is set as 1:1.1:1. The mass ratio of carbon source and lithium source compound is set as 0.4-0.8:1. The ratio of graphene and lithium iron phosphate is set as 0.005-0.3:1. USE - Multilayer graphene/lithium iron phosphate intercalation compound material used in lithium ion battery (claimed) of electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The conductivity of the multilayer graphene/lithium iron phosphate intercalation compound material is improved, thus the charging and discharging performance of the lithium ion battery is improved. The lithium ion battery can be charged quickly. Since the compound material uses raw materials such as graphen and iron salt , the cost of the compound material is reduced. The mass specific capacity of the battery is improved by the usage of compound material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method of manufacturing multilayer graphene/lithium iron phosphate intercalation compound material; and (2) lithium ion battery. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graph illustrating process of manufacturing multilayer graphene/lithium iron phosphate intercalation compound material.
