NOVELTY - Preparing porous graphene oxide-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20) composite material, comprises (i) cleaning surface of CL-20 using ethanol, and then modifying amino group on surface of CL-20 by aminosilane coupling agent, (ii) adding graphene oxide and obtained surface-modified CL-20 to a beaker filled with distilled water, continuously stirring until the graphene oxide is completely precipitated, and layering the solution, and (iii) filtering the obtained mixed solution to obtain graphene oxide/CL-20 composite material, and freeze-drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing porous graphene oxide-CL-20 composite material, which is used in the field of military energetic materials. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has extremely low bulk density. The method utilizes CL-20 particles having excellent dispersibility in the composite material, which provide porous topography graphene oxide/CL-20 preparation technology, or provide technical approach for studying the interaction between graphene oxide and CL-20, or provide excellent dispersion technology for related research.
