▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Interface modification layer includes 5-40% nano-carbon materials and high molecular polymers. USE - Interface modification layer used in perovskite solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The interface modification layer can realize extraction of holes and blocking of electrons at the perovskite light-absorbing layer or positive interface in the perovskite solar cell, improves current hole transport layer's restriction on device performance at a lower cost, and greatly improves photoelectric conversion efficiency of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing interface modification layer, which involves mixing nano carbon materials, high molecular polymers and good solvents of high molecular polymers to obtain a uniform dispersion, and then depositing dispersion on the perovskite film after removing the solvent to obtain interface modification layer; and (2) a perovskite solar cell, which comprises a negative electrode, an electron transport layer, a light absorption layer, interface modification layer and positive electrode stacked in sequence.
