NOVELTY - The converter has a multi-path distributor provided with multiple graphene channels and a gate contact. An end of each graphene channel is matched with an end point. The end point is connected with an analog input signal end. Another end of each graphene channel is matched with an output end. The graphene channels are electrically matched to the gate contact. An included angle is formed between each graphene channel and the gate contact. Each graphene channel is fixed with a single-layer graphene film. An output end of each graphene channel is connected with a grounding resistor. USE - Analog-to-digital converter. ADVANTAGE - The converter is simple in design, and has high working speed, and can change the output ends of the graphene channels so as to transmit different output signals.
