▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing antifouling agent with controlled release of cuprous ions, involves (a) dispersing graphene oxide in water to make a 1 mg/ml dispersion, (b) adding copper sulfate and polyvinylpyrrolidone to the dispersion, (c) adjusting pH of the dispersion to 9-10, (d) adding ascorbic acid to the dispersion, and stirring the reaction to perform one-step reduction, and (e) centrifuging the product, washing to neutral, and drying to obtain the antifouling agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing antifouling agent with controlled release of cuprous ions, and the antifouling agent is used for preparing antifouling coatings and used in the antifouling of marine ships (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method adopt simple preparation process, and the prepared antifouling agent is graphene copper composite and environmentally-friendly, and has controllable and stable release process of copper ions, high-efficiency antifouling effect, and less copper content. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an antifouling agent with the characteristics of controlled release of cuprous ions is prepared by the above-mentioned preparation method; (2) use of the antifouling agent in the preparation of antifouling coatings; (3) an antifouling coating with controllable release of cuprous ions, comprising antifouling agent-containing resin comprising epoxy resin, antifouling agent, pigments, fillers, additive agents and solvents and an epoxy curing agent which is formed by mixing resin and curing agent in a weight ratio of 1:1; and (4) a method for preparing the antifouling coating, involving (i) mixing the epoxy resin, antifouling agent, pigments, fillers, additive agents and solvents, and stirring at room temperature for 1-3 hours, and (ii) mixing the antifouling agent-containing resin and epoxy curing agent, and stirring at room temperature for 0.1-0.5 hour.
