▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves using a sandwich structured sensitive element including two outermost layers of a packaging film, and pressing the layers of packaging film, where the sensitive element is provided with a soft pressing capacity material i.e. graphene-filled silicon rubber composite material. The packaging film is made of polyimide thin film and covered on a copper foil electrode. The electrode is designed to be circular, square or rectangle, where the single layer thickness of polyimide film is 12.5 (mu) m and the thickness of the capacity material is less than 50 (mu) m. USE - Graphene-filled silicon rubber composite material preparing method for robot finger tip touch and large equipment narrow curved surface interlayer pressure monitoring. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the material with high flexibility of the sensitive element, thin thickness, simple technique and reduced cost.
