USE - Graphene carbon fiber composite urban rail powered carbon slide bar. ADVANTAGE - The graphene carbon fiber composite urban rail powered carbon slide bar has long service life, excellent arc resistance, cauterization resistance and high temperature resistance, and high conductivity, impact resistance, and self-lubricating property, can adapt to high-speed friction, and does not wear wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the graphene carbon fiber composite urban rail powered carbon slide bar, which involves: (1) weighing the above-mentioned components; (2) soaking the cotton thread in the graphene modified solution for 10 minutes, taking out, coating, and drying in a dryer to obtain graphene coated cotton thread; (3) taking the cotton thread and carbon fiber to prepare a composite rope by using a rope making machine, then soaking the composite rope in the graphene modified solution, taking out the rope, drying at 100 degrees C for 1 hour to obtain a graphene composite rope, and spinning the graphene thread prepared in step (2) and the graphene composite rope to obtain a composite cloth by using a textile equipment; (4) adding the graphene modified solution to a mixer, then adding weighed graphite powder, silver powder, chromium powder, beryllium powder, tin powder and resin, evenly stirring to obtain a mixed solution, soaking the composite cloth prepared in step (3) in the mixed solution, then taking out the soaked cloth, and drying at 100 degrees C for 1 hour to obtain a graphene composite cloth; (5) cutting the graphene composite cloth into strips according to the size of the workpiece, placing in a mold and pressing, and then processing by powder metallurgy copper immersion technology, and making the resulted product into carbon slide bar by using a fine processing device; and (6) subjecting the slide bar to quality inspection.
