NOVELTY - The method involves preparing graphene oxide solution and chitosan solution according to certain volume ratio by using oxidized graphite alkene. Mass concentration of the graphene oxide solution is maintained about 0.5%. Oxidized graphite alkene-chitosan solution is obtained. Mol of phosphate buffer liquid and sodium hydrogen phosphate is about 0.10 mol/L. Volume ratio of sodium dihydrogen phosphate is about 62: 38. A pH value of phosphate buffer solution is about 7.0. USE - Graphene oxide-chitosan modified electrode based electrochemical environmental water sample phenol content measuring method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting environmental water sample phenol in a fast and accurate manner.
