NOVELTY - Preparing functional graphene comprises using completely water-soluble preparation system, immersing graphite in plasma, immersing 5-20% graphite in a concentrated solution having a concentration of 50-90% salt, and stirring at a sufficiently low speed to obtain graphite dispersion, subjecting the graphite dispersion to high-pressure homogenization at least three times, sufficiently filtering the homogenized solution, washing, spray-drying, and calcining at 500-1000 degrees C for 3-6 hours to obtain efficiently functional graphene having uniform size. USE - The method is useful for preparing functional graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method: has does not add any dispersant, simple process and excellent stability; and is easy to control and suitable for industrial production; makes the graphene fully peel off; and increases functionality of graphene.
