▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The laser has pumping source (1) that is connected with wavelength division multiplexing fiber coupler (2) through Raman optical fiber (3). The Raman optical fiber is connected with the annular device (4), output controller (6) and polarization controller (7). A graphene oxide saturable absorber (5) is connected with the annular device. The fiber laser main portion is provided with an annular cavity structure, the linear cavity structure and cavity structure. USE - Graphene oxide Q-adjusting Raman optical fiber laser. ADVANTAGE - The saturable absorption property of graphene oxide material and the Raman effect of the fiber can be combined effectively, so that the flexible-wavelength and high-stability pulse laser output can be realized. Hence the efficiency of the passive Q-switching device can be improved with compact light source. The structure of the passive Q-switching device can be simplified with low manufacturing cost.
