▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene composite absorbing material comprises graphene oxide, carbon nanotube, epoxy resin and modified alicyclic amine. USE - The material is useful in preparing coating agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent absorbing properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene composite absorbing material comprising (i) adding 3-10 pts. wt. natural graphite into 30-50 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring under ice bath condition, then adding 1-3 pts. wt. oxidant, heating to react, repeatedly washing with hydrogen peroxide, dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water, and drying at 40 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide solid, then grinding graphene oxide solid and microwaving to obtain graphene oxide, (ii) mixing 6-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 20-30 pts. wt. acetone and 2-6 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, and ultrasonically dispersing for 1-3 hours to obtain homogeneous mixed solution, (iii) adding 10-16 pts. wt. epoxy resin and 1-5 pts. wt. modified alicyclic amine, magnetically stirring at 80 degrees C for 30-60 minutes to obtain uniformly transparent liquid, (iv) adding transparent liquid obtained in step (ii) into mixed solution obtained in step (i), magnetically stirring at a rate of 500-10000 revolution/minute for 1-5 minutes, ultrasonicating at 80 degrees C for 80-60 minutes, then placing the mixture in a vacuum box, vacuumizing at 80-120 degrees C for 10 hours, and removing out acetone in the material, and (v) injecting the mixture into a mold which has been preheated at 100 degrees C and coated with a release agent, vacuumizing at 100 degrees C for 30 minutes, then curing at a rate of 120 degrees C/1 hour, and cooling to room temperature in an oven to obtain graphene composite absorbing material; and (2) preparing coating agent comprising pouring the composite powder into coating agent, adding water, formaldehyde and methyl ethyl ketone, then mixing with dispersing agent, and stirring for 30-50 min to obtain coating agent.
