NOVELTY - Graphene modified polyester fiberglass material comprises 105-115 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester, 16-18 pts. wt. chopped glass fiber, 1.5-1.7 pts. wt. nanotitanium nitride, 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. carbon nanotube, 2.1-2.4 pts. wt. graphite, 9-10 pts. wt. silicon micro-powder, 3.2-3.6 pts. wt. polyacrylic acid, 2-4 pts. wt. asphalt, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 4-6 pts. wt. acrylonitrile, 8.5-9.5 pts. wt. trimethyl chlorosilane, 3-5 pts. wt. thermoplastic starch, 2.1-2.4 pts. wt. methyl ethyl ketone, and 1% aqueous ethanol. USE - Graphene modified polyester fiberglass material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high bonding force, improved impact resistance, low brittleness, high toughness, low formaldehyde content and high tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene modified polyester fiberglass material comprising taking chopped glass fiber, low temperature processing at 100-200 degrees C for 10-15 hours, taking out, warming with water, putting in muffle furnace and heating at 525-580 degrees C for 1-2 hours to get treated glass fiber; stir-mixing trimethylsilyl chloride and acrylonitrile at volume ratio of 1:50 ratio, ultrasonic dispersing 1% aqueous ethanol, heating to 80-90 degrees C, adding carbon nanotube, stirring asphalt while keeping temperature for 30-40 minutes, adding treated glass fiber, soaking silicon micro-powder for 2-4 hours, vacuum suction filtering, drying filter residue and grinding to get modified chopped glass fiber; and taking unsaturated polyester into high speed mixer, adding graphite and nanotitanium nitride, mixing for 20-30 minutes, adding modified chopped glass fiber and other remaining components, mold curing at 75-80 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, demolding and discharging.
