NOVELTY - Preparing phenolic resin modified graphene modified aqueous epoxy resin floor paint involves using 1,3,5-tris (bromomethyl) benzene and hydrazine hydrate as raw materials, in toluene solvent, preparing trimesyltriamine, using the mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid to carry out acidification treatment to graphene oxide, and using thionyl chloride to process the carboxylated graphene to obtain graphene acyl chloride. The graphene acyl chloride is added to N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, in nitrogen atmosphere, adding trimestriamine, stirring and mixing uniformly, amidation reaction occurs, after the reaction finishes, washing and drying to obtain m-xylylenediamine modified graphene. The polyethylene glycol 800 and p-hydroxybenzoic acid are added into dichloromethane solvent, stirred and mixed uniformly, then added dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. USE - Method for preparing phenolic resin modified graphene modified aqueous epoxy resin floor paint ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin floor paint has excellent mechanical property and excellent corrosion resistance. The phenolic resin and oxidized graphene have excellent mechanical properties, and effectively improves the mechanical property of the epoxy resins. The polyethylene glycol contains a large amount of hydrophilic group, effectively improving the aqueous epoxy resins. The m-xylylenediamine modified graphene, m-xylylenediamine and p-hydroxybenzyl polyethylene glycol are added into deionized water, after mixing uniformly, added formaldehyde solution, then heated to reflux, in-situ polymerization reaction occurs, after the reaction is completed, subjected the reaction system to vacuum treatment, and after completion, cooled and washed to obtain phenolic resin modified graphene. The water is added to the mixing tank, then added epoxy resin, stirred and mixed uniformly, then added dispersant acrylate copolymer, defoamer polyoxypropylene glyceryl ether, leveling agent polyether siloxane, filler talc powder and the phenolic resin modified graphene, then stirred and mixed uniformly to obtain the phenolic resin modified graphene modified aqueous epoxy resin floor paint.
