NOVELTY - Graphene complex thermally conductive thin film material, obtained by adding graphene oxide aqueous dispersion after dispersing uniformly into a coagulating liquid, adding carbon nanotubes and nano-silver, ultrasonically dispersing, coating on the substrate, taking out the substrate, drying to obtain a single-layer self-assembled graphene oxide complex film, coating the graphene oxide complex dispersion on the substrate with the complex film and repeating immersion, drying and coating. USE - The film material is useful in the fields of electronic components, mobile phone heat dissipation and LED lights. ADVANTAGE - The film material with controlled thickness and has high thermal conductivity. The method improves the thermal conductivity and heat dissipation coefficient of graphene in the Z axis direction; is simple and economical.
