NOVELTY - Heat-conducting and wave-absorbing nano-grade composite material comprises 58-62 wt.% of each grain diameter of heat conducting alumina powder, 28-30 wt.% of absorbing powder, 2-3 wt.% of medium ceramic powder, 0.2-0.5 wt.% of graphene, 0.1-0.2 wt.% of cross-linking agent, 0.05-0.1 wt.% of curing agent, 0.02-0.05 wt.% of catalyst, 0.01-0.1 wt.% of curing delay agent and the rest of silicone oil carrier. USE - Heat-conducting and wave-absorbing nano-grade composite material for function-wide frequency spectrum. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting and wave-absorbing nano-grade composite material absorbs the electromagnetic wave, has good thermal conductivity. The base surface adhesive can perfectly joint with the heat source chip radiator seamlessly, forming good heat-conducting path, can reach the heat-conducting performance of the 6.5W/m K. The product with different thicknesses realizes the reliable absorption and electromagnetic deletion of the planility for the high-frequency non-beneficial electromagnetic wave in the different frequency bands.
