▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity composition comprises 85-95 pts. wt. grafted resin, 5-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-16 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide. The grafted resin is epoxy resin grafted with 2-acrylic acid 2-(4-benzoyl-3-hydroxyphenoxy) ethyl ester and the modified graphene oxide is graphene oxide modified with surface modifier. USE - The high thermal conductivity composition is useful for preparation of thermally conductive materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductivity composition: has excellent thermal conductivity, excellent heat resistance and high glass transition temperature.
