NOVELTY - Electric automobile battery thermal management system comprises a heat exchange device and a group of heat exchange pipe. The heat exchange device comprises a heat exchange assembly and a heat exchange joint. The heat exchange assembly comprises many flat pipes, a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe. The heat exchange pipe comprises a pipe main body has a heat conducting film, an insulating film, a heating body, an insulating film and a heat conducting film. The selection of heating element comprises carbon film, copper and aluminum. The heat conductive film comprises natural graphite film, artificial graphite film and graphene film. The insulating film comprises polyimide, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate and polytetrafluoroethylene insulating polymer film. The choice of the thermally conductive adhesive is an acrylic adhesive filled with alumina or boron nitride. The hot melt comprises polyethylene terephthalate, ethyl vinyl acetate and polytetrafluoroethylene. USE - Used as electric automobile battery thermal management system. ADVANTAGE - The electric automobile battery thermal management system: is provided with high heat exchange efficacy to improve the heat transfer efficacy, battery arrangement space, endurance mileage of the electric automobile and energy density of the battery pack; saves the battery pack space; avoids the energy waste caused by the self temperature change of the heat capacity material in the heating and cooling process; and has the cooling liquid in the flat pipe quickly takes away the heat in the heat exchange joint to realize the cooling of the power train control (PTC) heating and liquid heat exchanger and the heat exchange tube has a lower specific heat capacity.
