NOVELTY - High heat conducting nano-composite material comprises 1-50 pts. wt. nylon 6/graphene master batch and 50-100 pts. wt. nylon 6. USE - High heat conducting nano-composite material used in vehicle, computer and LED. ADVANTAGE - The High heat conducting nano-composite material has simple preparation process, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high heat conducting nano-composite material comprising dispersing natural crystalline flake graphite as raw material, graphene oxide, nylon 6 monomer and catalyst or initiator, at 50-85 degrees C for 4 hours to form premix, pre-vacuum drying for 3 hours at 160-200 degrees C under protection of nitrogen, and polymerizing for 4 hours to form polymer; polymerizing at 240-260 degrees C under protection of nitrogen for 10 hours, decompressing and removing small molecule, granulating, washing and drying to obtain nylon 6/graphene master batch; and mixing nylon 6/graphene master batch and nylon 6 at 240-260 degrees C, mixing in composite internal mixer for 4 hours, and discharging to obtain nano-composite material.
