NOVELTY - Doping cerium(IV) salt with a carbon material comprising carbon nanotubes or graphene, comprises dissolving cerium(IV) salt with the carbon material in an aqueous solvent. The cerium(IV) salt includes a cerium(IV) salt of a nitric acid, a cerium(IV) salt of a sulfur-oxide acid, a cerium(IV) salt of a lower alkyl organo-sulfuric acid or a cerium(IV) salt of a substituted lower alkane-organic acid. USE - The method is useful for producing a manufacturing article (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures improved transport properties of the manufacturing article. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a product; and (2) a manufacturing article comprising the product on a substrate.
