NOVELTY - Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant gas film comprises a base layer, a polytetrafluoroethylene coating layer arranged on the base layer surface, a wear resistant and corrosion resistant surface layer wear-resistant surface layer coated on the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene coating layer. The wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant surface layer is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating. USE - Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant gas film used in a building i.e. green building, preferably in a rainy and snowy weather environment. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant gas film has very good wear-resisting property and has corrosion resistance. The carbon nitride/molybdenum disulfide/carboxylated graphene compound with wear resistance and the modified polyether-ether-ketone with corrosion resistance are added into the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating, which synergistically improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance of gas film. The preparation method has simple preparation process, easy operation and wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant gas film, which involves: uniformly coating the wear-resistant corrosion-resistant coating on the surface of the polytetrafluoroethylene coating by using a coating machine, soaking in a glycerol aqueous solution, and drying.
