▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene fiber oriented thermally conductive sheet involves mixing matrix resin, graphene fiber and thermally conductive powder in a stirring device to obtain a mixture, and pouring the mixture into an annular groove of the forming device, opening the forming device and rotating the annular groove at its center. The graphene fibers are oriented in the mixture along the flow direction, and simultaneously heated to obtain a ring-shaped solid object. The ring-shaped solid object is placed in an oven to be cured by heating. A slicing device is used to slice the solidified ring-shaped solid object along the radius direction of the ring to obtain a thermally conductive sheet in which the graphene fibers are aligned in the thickness direction. USE - Method for preparing a graphene fiber oriented thermally conductive sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a graphene fiber oriented thermally conductive sheet with better thermal conductivity.
