NOVELTY - Preparation of maleic anhydride-modified graphene oxide/bismaleimide nano-composite material involves mixing graphene oxide and solvent, ultrasonically-dispersing, adding graphene oxide and maleic anhydride, reacting, cooling, washing with ethanol to remove unreacted maleic anhydride, drying, lyophilizing to obtain maleic anhydride-modified graphene oxide, adding 2,2- diallyl bisphenol-A, ultrasonically-dispersing, adding 4,4'-diphenylmethane bismaleimide and prepolymer resin, preheating, molding, placing, curing and cooling. USE - Preparation of maleic anhydride-modified graphene oxide/bismaleimide nano-composite material useful in aerospace applications, automobiles, shipbuilding, machinery and electronics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of maleic anhydride-modified graphene oxide/bismaleimide nano-composite material involves mixing graphene oxide and solvent, ultrasonically-dispersing at power of 100-1000 Watts and frequency of 15-40 Hz, adding graphene oxide in a mass ratio of 1:1-500, adding maleic anhydride, reacting for 0.5-3 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with ethanol to remove unreacted maleic anhydride, drying and then lyophilizing to obtain maleic anhydride-modified graphene oxide, adding 2,2- diallyl bisphenol-A, ultrasonically-dispersing at power of 100-1000 Watts and frequency of 15-40 Hz for 1-1.5 hours, adding 4,4'-diphenylmethane bismaleimide and prepolymer resin, preheating, molding, placing in an oven at 60-130 degrees C, curing at 140 degrees C for 1 hour and cooling.
