NOVELTY - High-strength tear-resistant woven container bag comprises braided silk. The braided silk comprises 10-20 pt. wt. reinforced masterbatch, 1-5 pts. wt. polyethylene and 75-89 pts. wt. polypropylene. The reinforcing masterbatch includes a filler. The filler includes nano-calcium carbonate, talc, or glass micropowder. The reinforced masterbatch also includes waste rubber powder, and the filler is modified by a modifying agent. The modifying agent is stearic acid, calcium stearate, boric acid ester, or chlorinated paraffin. USE - The container bag is useful for carrying food, grain, medicine and other powdery and granular articles. Can be used in chemical industry, mineral product and transportation package of block-shaped object. ADVANTAGE - The container bag has high strength, tear resistance and long service life and enhances the interaction force between the two-phase interface of the polyethylene and the polypropylene, and improves the tensile property of the braided wire, toughness and strength.
