▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing lightweight graphene film involves mixing cellulose nanocrystalline (CNC) solution with graphene oxide (GO) solution, stirring uniformly, and ultrasonically processing to obtain uniformly dispersed CNC/GO mixed solution, carrying out film forming method and drying to obtain CNC /GO film, reducing using reducing agent, cleaning the surface residual reducing agent by mechanical compression, and drying. USE - Method for preparing lightweight graphene film used for aerospace cable. ADVANTAGE - The method provides light graphene film with ultra-thin, hydrophobic, flexible, high mechanical characteristics, and has great application potential in the fast growth of flexible electronic field. The raw material is rich and easy to obtain, the cost is low, and the preparation method has simple operation process, which is good for large-scale production. The CNC for light high-strength cellulose nanocrystalline/graphene composite film can effectively improve the dispersibility of CNC and GO form orderly arranged layered structure by layer-by-layer self-assembling, where the one-dimensional CNC is deposited between the two-dimensional GO sheet structure, forming a three-dimensional ordered brick-mud layered composite structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an electromagnetic shielding isolation film in the field of aerospace, portable wearable electronic devices and other fields prepared by using the lightweight graphene film.
