NOVELTY - Preparing acid and alkali resistant nylon cable tie material involves forming silane-modified graphene, adding pre-dispersing redox graphene powder and activator in ethanol. The silane coupling agent, dispersing agent and dispersing aid are added to modify. The disperse graphene is added, high-speed shear stirring at 6000-7500 revolution /minute for 1.5-2.5 hours, after modification, filtered and dried to obtain silane modified graphene. The silane-modified graphene is mixed with portion of PA66 resin and dried repeatedly and grinded through 250 mesh sieve to obtain mixed powder. The mixed powder is added to the remaining PA66 resin. The tougheners, antioxidants and heat stabilizers are added, stirred, melted and granulated through twin-screw extruder at 280-300 degrees C, and dried the particles to obtain acid and alkali resistant nylon cable ties. USE - Method for preparing acid and alkali resistant nylon cable tie material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare acid and alkali resistant nylon cable tie material that has low cost and good market prospects effect and achieves very good acid-base resistance effect.
