▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Unidirectional cloth comprises graphene composite modified high-strength polyethylene fiber, high-density polyethylene film and aqueous resin adhesive. The graphene composite modified high-strength polyethylene fiber is covered on the high-density polyethylene film. The graphene composite modified high-strength polyethylene fiber is covered on both sides of the aqueous resin adhesive. USE - Used as unidirectional cloth. ADVANTAGE - The unidirectional cloth: is easy to operate; has excellent performance, improved temperature resistance, thermal conductivity and increased heat transfer rate; is resistant to external shocks; can quickly conduct thermal energy; is able to withstand higher temperatures; and improves impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the unidirectional cloth, comprising (i) laying the high-density polyethylene film on an automatic control roller winding machine, where rolling width is 1600 mm, (ii) rolling the graphene composite modified polyethylene fiber, placing in a roller winding machine, and unwinding, (iii) pouring out the ends of the graphene composite modified polyethylene fiber, adjusting tension frame, placing in silk wire device and plastic tank, and finally fixed rolling along the side edges, (iv) constantly moving into the roller winding machine, tiling the graphene composite modified polyethylene fiber on the high-density polyethylene film, where the rail movement speed is 0.15-0.25/minute, and the winding speed is 100-150 m/minute, (v) winding the graphene composite modified polyethylene fiber, stopping winding, and cutting graphene composite modified polyethylene fiber, and (vi) rolling until the surface of the fiber is rolled, drying, and opening along the roller surface, cutting groove, and removing the cloth.
