NOVELTY - Manufacture of electric wire and cable comprises preparing plating solution containing 100-120 g/L copper sulfate, 26-45 g/L sulfuric acid, 0.06-0.09 g/L chloride ion, 3.5-4.5 g/L surfactant and 6-8 g/L nano-graphene, taking copper sheet as anode and copper as cathode, setting in plating solution, heating from 30 degrees C to 80 degrees C, keeping temperature at 80 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, cooling to 50 degrees C, keeping at current density of 23-40 A/dm2 for 1-2 hours and preparing copper conductive wire core. USE - Method for manufacturing electric wire and cable. ADVANTAGE - The wire and cable has good conductivity and corrosion resistance.
