▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing copper foil, comprises (a) forming a copper layer, (b) forming a nickel layer on the copper layer, and (c) forming graphene on the nickel layer by supplying hydrocarbon and hydrogen and heat treating. USE - The copper foil is useful in heat dissipating member and cathode current collector for controlling thickness of graphene layer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves thermal characteristics of copper foil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) heat dissipating member comprising copper foil (electromagnetic wave shielding), and a graphene layer formed on the copper foil in multiple layers; and (2) manufacturing cathode current collector by the above method.
