NOVELTY - Light alloy material has surface layer containing aluminum alloy, aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, and nano-graphene. USE - Light alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The light alloy material has enhanced surface processing, has anti-carbon self-catalytic function, and has super high temperature abrasion resistant and wear-resistant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for surface treatment of enhanced light alloy material by putting light alloy workpieces to be surface-treated into composite oxidizing liquid; conducting composite electrification oxidation, in which composite oxidizing liquid contains sodium silicate, sodium aluminate, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, nano-graphene, nano-zirconium dioxide, and complexing agent and has pH of 9-14; placing light alloy workpieces in multicomponent composite nanomaterial infiltration liquid; infiltrating at 120-130 degrees C for 20-30 minutes; and cleaning and drying, in which infiltration liquid contains nano graphene, nano tin antimony oxide, zirconium dioxide, lanthanum dioxide, aluminum oxide, nano titanium powder, and lanthanum trioxide, and contains nano-graphene.
