▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The driver has a main body provided with a stacked vanadium dioxide (VO2) nano-rod-carbon nano-tube single-layer film and an expansion polymer-carbon nano-material single-layer film. The stacked vanadium dioxide nano-rod-carbon nano-tube single-layer film is arranged in a parallel manner. The main body is bent and deformed under action of illumination or voltage. The stacked vanadium dioxide nano-rod-carbon nano-tube single-layer film is provided with a single-layer structure. USE - Double-layer flexible driver based on VO2 for flexible mechanical claw (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The double-layer flexible driver with one side shrinking one side expansion can generate large bending deformation and mechanical force output under the external voltage or illumination stimulation, suitable for flexible mechanical claw, fragile, flexible and irregular object gripping and manipulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing double-layer flexible driver based on VO2 of flexible mechanical claw; and (2) a flexible mechanical claw.
