The conductive particles comprise conductive graphite, carbon fiber and graphene. The organic carrier is sorbitan trioleate and lecithin. The colloid material is guar gum, gelatin or carrageenan. The dispersing agent is modified carboxymethyl cellulose. The preparation method of modified carboxymethyl cellulose is: dissolving the carboxymethyl cellulose in water, stirring uniformly under the protection of nitrogen, adding the sodium persulfate-anhydrous sodium sulfite as initiator, mixing uniformly, adding acrylamide monomer, continuously introducing nitrogen, the reaction temperature is 35-45 ℃, the reaction time is 2-3 hours, washing the obtained polymer solution by ethanol, vacuum filtering, water washing and drying.
