▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An anticorrosive paint comprises first component comprising 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 25-60 pts. wt. modified graphene/polyaniline/attapulgite composite material, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant and 30-40 pts. wt. first solvent; and second component comprising 20-35 pts. wt. curing agent and 20-30 pts. wt. second solvent. USE - Anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive paint has dual effect on electrochemical corrosion and physical corrosion, and improved dispersibility and storage stability of composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of anticorrosive paint comprising: (A) dispersing aniline and graphene in sulfuric acid, adding attapulgite slurry, stirring, adding to ammonium sulfate aqueous solution, reacting at 0-5 degrees C, filtering, washing, drying, and grinding to obtain graphene/polyaniline/attapulgite composite material; (B) adding concentrated sulfuric acid, standing, ultrasonically oscillating, diluting with water, filtering, collecting powder, washing and drying; adding dilute sulfuric acid with anhydrous ethanol, adding silane coupling agent and graphene/polyaniline/attapulgite composite material, dispersing at constant temperature, filtering, washing off unreacted silane coupling agent, filtering, washing powder, and drying to obtain grafted graphene/polyaniline/attapulgite composite material; and adding oxidized polyethylene wax, stirring to obtain mixture, melting new polyethylene wax at 225 degrees C, adding obtained mixture, and stirring for 18-25 minutes; and (C) adding epoxy resin, first solvent, dispersant and filler, stirring, adding curing agent and second solvent, and stirring.
