NOVELTY - A composite powder comprises 100 pts. wt. inorganic environmentally-friendly gel powder and 3-20 pts. wt. graphene-like powder. USE - Composite powder for manufacturing composite environmentally-friendly board (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite powder has high strength, has specific surface area of greater than 1200 m2/g and high energy storage capacity. The composite material and board have excellent respiratory humidity control, purification and phase change, load strength of greater than or equal to 840 N, moisture absorption of greater than or equal to 80 g/m2, moisture release of greater than or equal to 68 g/m2, formaldehyde purification rate of 97%, purification effect lasting rate of 95% and phase change latent heat of greater than or equal to 870 KJ/m2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the composite powder, which involves ball milling 100 pts. wt. inorganic environmentally-friendly gel powder and 3-20 pts. wt. graphene-like powder to obtain composite powder with fineness of 180-220 mesh, mixing 0.15-20 pts. wt. reinforcing fibers and 20-80 pts. wt. composite solution to obtain a paste or mixed slurry, granulating using a granulator, and drying; and (2) manufacture of composite environmentally-friendly board, which involves surface treating and curing the composite material.
