NOVELTY - The method involves driving a lower mold of a bearing lens raw material to rise by a motor. An upper mold is heated by voltage. The upper mold and the lower mold are a silicon mold plated with a graphene coating. A temperature of the upper and lower molds is detected. Temperature calibration program is ended under condition that temperature difference is less than or equal to a temperature difference. Heat-preserving pressing process is completed. An annealing treatment is performed to a lens molding mold to release internal stress. The lens mold is taken out from the molding mold. A cooling plate is independently cooled to room temperature. A molding product molding cooling off is cooled off from the upper mold. USE - Method for molding optical lens. ADVANTAGE - The method enables maintaining the mold life on the basis of the obtain satisfy requirement, thus obtaining stable mold pressing quality of the optical lens in an efficient manner.
