NOVELTY - A high-solid finishing agent comprises 20-30 pts. wt. film-forming agent, 10-20 pts. wt. emulsifier, 30-50 pts. wt. ester compound, 13-25 pts. wt. weathering agent, 1-2 pts. wt. additive, 0.05-0.2 pt. wt. initiator and 3-5 pts. wt. ethanol. The film-forming agent comprises acrylic acid. The weathering agent comprises silica. The emulsifier comprises OP-10 (alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (10)). USE - High-solid finishing agent for textile finishing application. ADVANTAGE - The finishing agent has excellent weather resistance and high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high-solid finishing agent, which involves (1) taking half the amount of emulsifier and deionized water, stirring and heating to obtain dispersion, adding initiator and film-forming agent under nitrogen atmosphere, stirring, heating for 1-2 hours, obtaining emulsion, (2) stirring and mixing the core emulsion with deionized water and half the amount of emulsifier to obtain emulsified mixed solution, adding ester compounds and weathering agent to the mixed solution under nitrogen atmosphere, reacting for 1-2 hours, obtaining shell-core emulsion, (3) adding additive, ethanol and weathering agent to the shell-core emulsion, stirring and mixing.
