NOVELTY - Preparing ruthenium(IV) oxide hydrate/graphene composite nano electrode inorganic material of super capacitor comprises (i) adding ruthenium source into deionized water and mixing evenly to obtain ruthenium solution with ruthenium concentration of 5-60 mM, (ii) adding single-layer graphene into the ruthenium solution prepared in step (i), and stirring to obtain uniform suspension, (iii) adding urea and sodium hydroxide into the suspension prepared in step (ii), and continue stirring to obtain solution, (iv) transferring the solution prepared in step (iii) into a sealed reactor, heating at 80-160° C for 2-8 hours, and naturally cooling, (v) centrifugal washing the product prepared in step (iv) with ethanol, and (vi) calcining the product prepared in step (v) at 80-300° C for 10-60 minutes to obtain final product, where the feed ratio of ruthenium solution to the graphene, urea, and sodium hydroxide is 30:5-45:1-6:3-6 (ml:mg:mmol:mmol). USE - The method is useful for preparing ruthenium(IV) oxide hydrate/graphene composite nano electrode inorganic material of super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes the high capacity, high rate and high cycle stability of ruthenium(IV) oxide material.
