NOVELTY - Roll-to-roll graphene preparation device comprises a sealed vacuum chamber and a roller arranged in vacuum chamber. The roller is used for driving graphene growing foil with movement. The roller comprises a driving roll for guiding the graphene growing foil, a growing roll for growing graphene on the graphene growing foil and a winding roll for winding the graphene growing foil after the graphene preparation is completed. A rapid cooling device is arranged behind the growing roll along the moving direction of the graphene growing foil and is used for cooling the graphene growing foil. USE - Used as a roll-to-roll graphene preparation device. ADVANTAGE - The device can achieve rapid, continuous and large-scale industrial production of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Roll-to-roll graphene preparation device comprises a sealed vacuum chamber and a roller for arranged in the vacuum chamber. A gas path system is arranged in the vacuum chamber and is used for introducing gas required for graphene preparation. A vacuum pump is arranged outside the vacuum chamber set and is used for vacuumizing the vacuum chamber.
