NOVELTY - The method for preparing cobalt/nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes/reduced graphene electrocatalyst involves adding zinc nitrate hexahydrate and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide to graphene oxide suspension and fully stirring to obtain mixed solution, adding mixed solution to 2-methylimidazole solution, stirring at room temperature, centrifugally separating the product, washing with ethanol solution, freezing and drying to obtain ZIF-8-graphene oxide, uniformly dispersing ZIF-8-graphene oxide in methanol solution and processing, then adding 2-methylimidazole to the solution, stirring the solution to obtain mixed solution, transferring the mixture to autoclave, then placing in an incubator, reacting, and cooling, centrifuging the product and washing with methanol solution, placing the product in freeze dryer at -50 degrees C and freeze-drying to obtain ZIF-67-ZIF-8-graphene oxide product, placing ZIF-67-ZIF-8-graphene oxide product in a porcelain boat, introducing argon gas and heating. USE - The method is useful for preparing cobalt/nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes/reduced graphene electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of cobalt/nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes/reduced graphene electrocatalyst with high porosity, efficiency, conductivity and electrocatalysis property and low energy consumption, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for preparing cobalt/nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes/reduced graphene electrocatalyst involves adding 150-300 mg zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 5 mg cetyltrimethylammonium bromide to 10 ml, 4.5 mg/ml graphene oxide suspension and fully stirring to obtain mixed solution, adding mixed solution to 50-100 ml 2-methylimidazole solution, stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes, centrifugally separating the product, washing for 3-4 times with ethanol solution, freezing at -50 degrees C and drying for 36-72 hours to obtain ZIF-8-graphene oxide, uniformly dispersing 100-200 mg ZIF-8-graphene oxide in 10-30 ml methanol solution and processing for 20 minutes, then adding 2-5 ml 2-methylimidazole to the solution, stirring the solution for 10 minutes to obtain mixed solution, transferring the mixture to 100 ml autoclave, then placing in an incubator at 80-100 degrees C, reacting for 10-15 hours, and cooling at room temperature, centrifuging the product and washing with 3-4 times methanol solution, placing the product in freeze dryer at -50 degrees C and freeze-drying for 36-72 hours to obtain ZIF-67-ZIF-8-graphene oxide product, where the methanol solution contains 2-10 mg cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and 150-300 mg cobalt chloride hexahydrate, placing ZIF-67-ZIF-8-graphene oxide product in a porcelain boat, introducing argon gas and heating at rate of 2 degrees C/minute to 800-1000 degrees C for 6 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for cobalt/nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes/reduced graphene electrocatalyst prepared by the method.
