NOVELTY - The device has a processing mechanism that is provided with a coating mechanism (200) and a quantitative mechanism (300). A rack is movably connected on the first support, and a bracket (207) fixed at the bottom of the rack. The quantitative mechanism comprises a material storage barrel (301) that is fixedly connected on the bracket.
