NOVELTY - Preparation of surface defects-rich two-dimensional porous titanium dioxide nanosheet comprises preparing graphene oxide powder; adding graphene oxide in absolute ethanol, ultrasonically processing, preparing ethanol solution of tetrabutylorthotitanate, slowly adding to graphene oxide/ethanol mixed solution, adding ethanol aqueous solution, oil bath refluxing, repeatedly washing precipitate by ethanol, centrifuging, collecting, drying, grinding, and storing in drying box; and calcining. USE - The method is used for preparation of surface defects-rich two-dimensional porous titanium dioxide nanosheet. ADVANTAGE - The nanosheet can be used for photocatalytic decomposition of water to produce hydrogen and is significant to development of clean energy.
