NOVELTY - The utility model claims a light energy wave graphene chip, comprising a sheet-like substrate, made available for heating of a low expansion coefficient material, and has two corresponding outer surface, at least one cladding material, conductive material, and is evenly ground covering or attached to at least one of the outer surface of the thin plate-shaped substrate on the at least one graphene layer, formed on the outer surface of the cladding material, and the sheet-like base material and cladding material together forming a semi-conductive chip. Therefore, it can improve the energy wave graphene chip through increase of the graphene layer for the transfer efficiency of energy wave so as to improve resonance and heating effect, more shows the treating and healthcare effect.
