▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hybrid material comprises 0.05-0.2 wt.% graphene, 1-20 wt.% nano-silicon dioxide, 70-92 wt.% polystyrene, 1-2.5 wt.% coupling agent, 0.5-2 wt.% initiator, 1-5 wt.% emulsifier, and 0.1-1 wt.% pH regulator. USE - The hybrid material is useful as organic rigid particle modified graphene, aqueous gel or polymer emulsion system, or nano powder (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the hybrid material, comprising (i) dissolving the compound emulsifier in the de-ionized water to prepare composite emulsifier aqueous solution, dissolving the initiator into the de-ionized water to prepare the initiator solution, (ii) dispersing the graphene into the graphite water dispersion liquid with concentration of 0.1-0.2 mg/ml in the mixing kettle, adding coupling agent and nano silicon dioxide, stirring and mixing uniformly at room temperature with a stirrer, the refined styrene into the mixing kettle, continuously stirring and mixing it uniformly, allowing to stand and aging for 10-20 minutes by a stirrer at room temperature, stewing and aging after ultrasonic dispersion 15-30 minutes, (iii) adding emulsifier aqueous solution into mixing kettle, stirring device for stirring at high speed for 30-40 minutes at a rotating speed of 200-1000 revolutions/minute at 30-40 degrees C, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes, adding pH value regulator adjusting the pH value is 7-9 to obtain the apparent homogeneous stable emulsion, (iv) taking 1/3 emulsion into the reaction kettle in the mixing kettle, taking 1/3 initiator aqueous solution into the reaction kettle, the rest 2/3 of initiator aqueous solution and mixing kettle 2/3 emulsion, (v) controlling the stirring speed in the reaction kettle is 120-180 revolutions/minute, heating to 60-80 degrees C, and controlling the temperature in the kettle is 60-80 degrees C, when the emulsion in the reaction kettle flashing blue light, starting synchronously dropping the rest initiator aqueous solution and the emulsion in the mixing kettle, and controlling the dropping speed to synchronize it after dropping, and continuously reacting for 1-2 hours and 0.5-2 hours.
