NOVELTY - Preparing bromine-doped graphene quantum dot solution involves mixing 5 g of liquid paraffin and 0.8 g of tribromomethane into alcohol igniting mixed liquid, and placing glass slide over the flame, and continuously moving slide position to be heated uniformly. The black substance on the glass slide is collected and put in a sample bottle. The obtained black material of 0.25 g is put in the sample bottle and 50 ml of pure n-methyl-2-pyrrolidone is added into the ultrasound machine for ultrasound 5 hours, and centrifuged at 4000 rotations per minute for 20 minutes. USE - Method for preparing bromine-doped graphene quantum dot solution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare bromine-doped graphene quantum dot solution by effectively changing the photoelectric performance of the graphene quantum dot. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing bromine-doped graphene quantum dot solution involves mixing 5 g of liquid paraffin and 0.8 g of tribromomethane into alcohol igniting mixed liquid, and placing glass slide over the flame, and continuously moving slide position to be heated uniformly.
