NOVELTY - Preparing high-conductivity fluororubber sealing material by ionic liquid-assisted dispersion comprises using 50-100 pts. wt. fluororubber, 3-6 pts. wt. activator, 0.5-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-10 pts. wt. conductive filler, 3-5 pts. wt. conductive additive, 2-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, and 3-6 pts. wt. auxiliary crosslinking agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-conductivity fluorine rubber sealing material by ionic liquid assisted dispersion, useful in modern aviation, missile, rocket, automobile, shipbuilding and other industrial fields. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-conductivity fluorine rubber sealing material with excellent processing performance, extrusion deformation resistance and high characteristics, excellent mechanical property, heat aging and good tolerance. The electrode column sealing of the lithium ion battery has bright application prospect.
