▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene ink derived from expanded graphite comprises 8-15 pts. wt. expanded graphite, 50-150 pts. wt. solvent, 1-15 pts. wt. dispersant and 1-10 pts. wt. additives. USE - Graphene ink derived from expanded graphite used to improve the electromagnetic shielding effect of a coaxial cable (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene ink derived from expanded graphite is cost-effective and good for optimizing the shielding performance of the cable, improves the shielding effect of the communication cable coated with the graphene ink and attenuation rate reaches 68.9%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing graphene ink derived from expanded graphite, which involves adding dispersant to the solvent in proportion, stirring and dispersing at a speed of 1800-2500 r/minutes for 25-40 minutes to obtain solution, adding expanded graphite to solution A, stirring and dispersing at a speed of 5200-8000 r/minutes for 1.5-3 hours, adding additives during the stirring process to obtain solution, sonicating solution B at a frequency of 50-100KHz for 0.5-2 hours to obtain; and (2) a method for using graphene ink derived from expanded graphite, which involves soaking conductive wire in a pretreatment liquid for 25-35 seconds, the pretreatment liquid including polyaluminum chloride, polyacrylamide or methyl green, drying the conductive wire after pretreatment at 105-120 degrees C for 3-5 seconds, forming layer of insulating film outside the conductive wire after drying, soaking conductive wire processed in the graphene ink for 2-4 minutes, and then drying for 0.8-2 minutes at a temperature of 120-150 degrees C and covering the conductive wire processed with a protective layer.
