NOVELTY - Antistatic aqueous photo-curing conductive coating comprises 20-30 pts. wt. aqueous ultraviolet curing resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-1 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0 5-0.8 pts. wt. aqueous leveling agent, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. photoinitiator and 20-35 pts. wt. water. USE - The conductive coating is useful in aerospace, petrochemical industry, telecommunications, electronic device and military industry. ADVANTAGE - The conductive coating has excellent dispersing effect, can keep stable for long time, does not need to modify the graphene or conductive carbon black, greatly reduces the preparation cost of the coating, and simplifies the preparation steps. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive coating, comprising (1) ball milling after mixing graphene, conductive carbon black with part of aqueous ultraviolet curing resin and part of water to obtain mixed solution, and (2) mixing the mixed solution, coupling agent, aqueous leveling agent, photoinitiator, remaining aqueous ultraviolet curing resin and remaining water under dark conditions, and obtaining conductive coating.
