NOVELTY - An aluminum-based electromagnetic flat wire is prepared by coating conductor core with coating wire paint. The coating wire paint comprises 30-40 pts. wt. trimellitic anhydride, 25-30 pts. wt. monoethanolamine, 30-35 pts. wt. N-methyl pyrrolidone, 13-18 pts. wt. citric acid, 10-15 pts. wt. adipic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. hindered amine, 10-15 pts. wt. neopentyl glycol, 55-60 pts. wt. phthalic anhydride and 55-60 pts. reinforcing agent. The coating wire paint is prepared by adding trimellitic anhydride, monoethanolamine and N-methyl pyrrolidone into reaction kettle, stirring, reacting for 1-2 hours, adding citric acid, adipic acid, hindered amine, neopentyl glycol and phthalic anhydride into reaction kettle, adding 5 wt.% polyethylene, raising temperature to 130 degrees C, raising temperature to 200 degrees C for 1-2 hours, starting to add xylene in water distributor, vacuumizing, sampling, adding cresol, reacting at 200 degrees C for 2 hours, adding dimethylformamide and reinforcing agent, and stirring. USE - Aluminum-based electromagnetic flat wire used for transformer. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum-based electromagnetic flat wire has excellent insulating property, flame retardance and durability, and suppressed generation of hindered amine structure on reinforcing agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aluminum-based electromagnetic flat wire is prepared by coating conductor core with coating wire paint. The coating wire paint comprises 30-40 pts. wt. trimellitic anhydride, 25-30 pts. wt. monoethanolamine, 30-35 pts. wt. N-methyl pyrrolidone, 13-18 pts. wt. citric acid, 10-15 pts. wt. adipic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. hindered amine, 10-15 pts. wt. neopentyl glycol, 55-60 pts. wt. phthalic anhydride and 55-60 pts. reinforcing agent. The coating wire paint is prepared by adding trimellitic anhydride, monoethanolamine and N-methyl pyrrolidone into reaction kettle, stirring for 10-15 minutes, raising temperature to 78-83 degrees C, reacting for 1-2 hours, continuously raising temperature to 120 degrees C, reacting for 2-3 hours, bottling, adding citric acid, adipic acid, hindered amine, neopentyl glycol and phthalic anhydride into reaction kettle, adding 5 wt.% polyethylene, stirring and raising temperature to 130 degrees C, raising temperature to 200 degrees C for 1-2 hours, starting to add xylene in water distributor, reacting at 195-205 degrees C for 8-10 hours, vacuumizing by vacuum pump, sampling, adding 1/5 of cresol of total mass of product, reacting at 200 degrees C for 2 hours, stopping heating, adding 1.25/5 of dimethylformamide and 1/20 of reinforcing agent, and stirring uniformly.
