▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Intercalated graphite is heat-treated or treated in microwave radiation for 10-30 seconds, such that interlayer ions instantly expands to form expanded graphite. The expanded graphite is added to 75% ethanol, and ultrasonically processed at 40 KHz, such that rapid expansion of air between the graphite layers is carried out to obtain multilayered graphene dispersion. The obtained dispersion is ultrasonically irradiated at 40 degrees C, degreased, roughened, sensitized, activated and reduced to obtain nanocrystalline silver-multi-graphene composite. USE - Manufacture of nanocrystalline silver-multi-graphene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides nanocrystalline silver-multi-graphene composite having compact structure, uniform particle size and improved graphene surface characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 2-4 Pts. wt. natural flake graphite is mixed with 14-22 pts. wt. mixed acid, stirred for 30 minutes, and 0.4-1 pt. wt. potassium permanganate as strong oxidant is added and reacted for 10-30 minutes. 0.1-0.4 Pts. wt. ferric trichloride as intercalation agent is added to the resultant mixture, reacted for 30-60 minutes, filtered, washed, recovered and dried, to obtain intercalated graphite. The obtained intercalated graphite is heat-treated at 900 degrees C for 8-10 seconds or treated in microwave radiation for 10-30 seconds, such that interlayer ions instantly expands to form an expanded graphite.
