NOVELTY - Polyphenylene sulfide composite material comprises 20-60 wt.% polyphenylene sulfide, 10-25 wt.% reinforcing fiber, 20-50 wt.% reinforcing mineral, 0.5-5.0 wt.% compatilizer, 1.0-10 wt.% toughening agent, 0.1-1.0 wt.% stabilizer, 0.1-2.0 wt.% nucleating agent, 0.2-1.0 wt.% lubricant and 0.3-2.0 wt.% coupling agent. USE - Polyphenylene sulfide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The polyphenylene sulfide modified composite material has a thermal conductivity of up to 10W/M K, and at the same time has extremely high rigidity, good strength and toughness, excellent dimensional stability and creep resistance as well as excellent hydrolysis resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, it can be widely used in electronics, aerospace, and chemical processing fields.
